Description
Got to think of something for a title lol Any way I was trying to find out the name of the were wolf [it have a Freach name to it for the Cajuns came out with that story] that comes and get childrens that stay out too late or up too late too around here. Just some story to scare children to go to bed. But I look at this and can see why some children believe that. Ask me a story of a were gator would work better lol
thanks for every thing like looking and comments too. plus votes . Swamp with fog broke my old record of votes on my gallery page

~Frightfully Magical~ EXCELLENT!! ^5^
natural scene i like it!!! think crockagators are mean enough with out being draculas too. lol
Looks like a Formidable place to cross!!! Kinda Mysterious and Kinda Dangerous!!! Very Cool Shot!!! Is it the Ju Ju Man?!?!?!
A "were gator" huh LOL ....spooky and cool shot !
That place must be a photographers paradise , and you are giving us the best , like them a lot ! Ana
Very nice. I like this picture. :)
Looks really magical. Superb shot!
Beautiful capture!!!
It does look sort of foreboding out there...nice shot..
bessist image. is crawfish in that mud?
that is awesome:)
Those cypress swamps are so eerie and moody! This whole series you've taken are fantastic!
Wonderful piece of Your swamp series!!!
A fantastic series, Jocko!
it looks a fantastic place, excelent capture, nice pov !
Anything to get the kids to bed, even if they do end up having nightmares!! This place could do that for sure, another great shot!!
Wasn't it "Lupa" something? Critters aside since I don't have kids lol, this is very nice shot...But you knew that ;-)
nice compo, excellent shot.
beautiful landscape.
PERFECT CAPTURE & COMPOSITION !!!!!
Would have tended to get closer and shoot the mist upon the lake. The foreground does nothing.
I would say this here swamp has 'Attitude' for sure, don't ya think that those gators have big enough teeth already? Excellent capture Jocko, it sure looks treacherous to me, I wouldn't step a foot of that road for no money. Bravo!!!!!
LOL! I have to agree a weregator would certainly be more believable in a swamp area than a werewolf! In my country we scare children with Micheal Jackson!lol! Muis
Oh yes! LOL! A "were-gator" is a perfect story to tell in the swamp. A wonderful image, and a great idea!
fantastic
Loup-garou is the werewolf that supposedly hangs around those areas. I read books about New Orleans sometimes that mention it. This would be a great pic to go with the first one! I love how you can see the fog as a separate entity in this one! Excellent shot! (:
I can feel the gators in this shot. Don't know about other creatures but the gators are thick... Great shot.
Another fine photograph of this area.
exceptional work Jock.your compositional skills are top par
