Description
I saw photo of Tahoe and I suppose that inspired this image. It's so pretty there!
The trees are from my new Western Mountain Tree pack.
The only postwork is brightness/contrast.
Update: Some suggestions pointed out that the large mass of snow on the left took away from the image, so I removed it and rerendered.
I hope you like it.
Credits: Some materials from Chipp Walther's Terrapak. The blue jay is by Ken Gilliland, available at Daz. I just love his birds. The terrains and godray sky are from several of Kore21's packs, they are fantastic. The sailboat is by Forester from Cornucopia. Oh, and the veggies are my usual lushiness (Incredibly Lush).

Terrific, lovely view!!
Holy crap this is gorgeous! I first thought this was a pic by Pete Mohr. Superb work Linda!
Wonderful render of an awesome scene, and love the way you have the suns rays coming through the clouds - hugs Jane xx
Fabulous Lighting and the distance is Spectacular and what can I say about the trees of your's except I Love them 8^D
Well done :)
Is is one of those images that need to be looked at full size. Wins a lot by that. Fabolous light indeed Linda. And the vegetation is extra lush!
Wow - speechless - the mighty look of nature and the depth of the image are superb ! And your trees look wonderful, too !
Very good work with Vue. :)
Fantastic work Linda, a very deep scene with many detailed things to look through. Wonderful !!!
Beautiful and tranquil scene! Excellent lighting and superb atmosphere!
Incredibly ~Beautiful~ So Magically created... EXCELLENT!! ^5^
Very beautiful image!!
wonderful scene...
Wow, wow, wow...fantatic work!!!*****
That's a lovely place. I would like to go there. Render, lighting and vegetation look magnificent. IMHO, the terrains, specially the one on the left, are not as good as the rest of the image. IMHO, they dont look very realistic. I specially like how you mixed trees of different colors on the left, in groups. That was a nice detail. Very good!
Wonderful image Linda and I can picture myself on the sandy spit casting for trout!
This is a beauty Linda - nice work!
Like it? Absolutely!
Very romantic and wildly forbidding.
Beautiful work!
So beautiful and serene. Wish I could be there!
Admit it! It's a photo! LOL! Of course I'm just kidding, Linda. It's an absolutely beautiful scene and I love it! :D
Really beautiful scene.I like the vastness of it and the sailboat in the distance. You've captured the Tahoe feel very well. It also reminds me of some places here in Colorado. CC
