Description
We were worried about Myron standing next to the ledge of this volcano cone. Myron had the same thoughts for us as if we were standing next to danger. But all was OK. On the right of this cone, you can see a part of the pit craters. Aloha and Happy New Years everyone.

Impressive view and textures in this rock. Great work. A very Happy New Year to you!!
simply amazing scene and capture.there has been thought of the huge aquifers in Texas caving in because of the over usage of water especially around Austin
Happy new year to you too! This is an amazing shot, thank you for bringing us so much wonder and beauty! [=
This is totally freaking awesome! How I would love to be standing there! Thanks so much for showing us this, and Happy New Year to you and your family, Errol!
AMAZING CAPTURE DEAR FRIEND :) HAPPY NEW YEAR 2008 TO YOU & YOURS !!!!!
Myron gives this shot nice scale as to the immensity of this crater. Now that's a hole in the ground!! Happy New Year to you my friend, and I hope you have many happy and safe adventures again this year!! Aloha~
These fotos have been absolutely incredible--every single one!!
I'm pleased no one was injured in the making of this shot. It is a neat looking cone.
How cool, I think that would be awesome to see in person. Your shot is fantastic though, it shows off the beautiful colors of the volcano.
Man, this just looks so desolate! The red in this shot just shines out because there's no other color to compete with it. I'm sure it would be very tempting to crawl up to the edge and look in, but I'm glad you stayed back. We'd hate to lose you, my friend. Mahalo and aloha.
Wow... this is genial!
Incredible shot Errol. True Nature in the raw, it is wonderful. Colours are fantastic. I have never seen anything like this before. Stay safe dear friend, always. Aloha. Diane.
Excellent picture. Todd
Having Myron in the picture helps give perspective of the monumential size of these openings to the underworld. :0) Awesome shot!
Seems like you're all just far enough away. Wouldn't want to get too close though, although a shot down the hole would be really cool.
Very nice capture of this hot spot :-) Wish you and your family the best in 2008.
this is big looking lol wonderful to see your area thought your photos
Truely extraordinary photo!
