Description
I'm done with titles. Seriously! This image doesn't tell a story; it's creation was in fact accidental. Hence the rather lack-luster moniker.
Anyway, this was an image that came about with no intention. A few clicks here, a couple of dial spins there, voila! I'm over-simplifying, but you get the gist.

wow amazing portrait the lighting is so incredible superb work
Looks good. He looks focused and determined. I seem to detect a similarity with your avatar. Is it a coincidence?
excellent render !
Great expressive portrait...looks good in black and white!
Looks fantastic. Realistic. Outstanding done.
Fantastically realistic - excellent render!
Thank you all for the possitive feedback. @ Rutra: The similarity is somewhat coincidence, as I dialed this character from an unmorphed Apollo. I use the qualifier 'somewhat' because many of my characters have these same set of qualities (broad nose, full lower lip, sunken cheeks etc).
Love the expression and lighting!!! ;)
Sweet lighting and expression!
I downloaded apollo, got the files, but for some reason, poser doesn't recognize it??? Any Helpfull ideas on fixing the problem??? good looking picture... It seems to have pours.
The pores are thanks to BagginsBill's amazing (and free) skin shader for Apollo. As for your problem with installing Apollo...I can't help you. I didn't have any problems at all with my installation (unzipped the files to my Runtime and it worked). There is a great FAQ on Anton's website though. And if all else fails, you could always try the 'official' Apollo forum over at CP.
My first impresion was that the white framing is competing with the perception of the image. A bit distracting. This creates a sort of distancing to me. Intentional, maybe? Anyway, it´s a very powerful image, impressively realistic. I liked a lot the use of BW tones, depth of field and the model´s facial expression.
I agree with you bogart. The framing was out of habit, and adds nothing to the image but confusion. The version I'll add to my personal image archive will be without borders. Thanks for the honesty.
