A question though, does anyone know how i can fix her skirt so it goes over her legs while sitting down like this?

Morphs...plain and simple. I know it ain't easy either. I know that Jim Burton has a skirt and sweater set which includes a sit skirt morph. The render looks great! Maybe your next will be "Catholic School Girls Gone Bad"? (lol)
hmm, i think the bend in the hip is too sharp to allow for the morphs alone, ah well, more legs the better!
