Description
This lighthouse looks like a baby, but it sits on a bluff 200 ft (60m) above the ocean, so it doesn't need to be very tall.
This one is just west of Tillamook on the north-central Oregon coast.

Very interesting! Great pov and compo.
I can imagine the intensity it has.... Nice capture. Aloha
This is a great shot of this lighthouse. I love watching the ocean from there.
This is the shortest Lighthouse I've ever seen, awesome capture!!!!
A great capture of this lighthouse. Long time since I've seen it.
Very cool shot of the lighthouse ... I've never seen one that small ...
I've been to this one too Dennis, I really love the red inside, it's so intense! Wonderful catch!!!!! I love this area too!!!!!
beautiful lighthouse...
It is a shorty but even us shorties can prove to be needed hehe Great capture!
Wonderful capture! The lenses are called fresnel lenses. I love the seashore, and the lighthouses always capture the fancy of tallships, and the history of the coasts of America. Awesome. Totally awesome.
What a cute lil' lighthouse! And yet, another first order lens! Fascinating :)
I thought it did seem rather short for a lighthouse but I can now understand why height wasn't an issue.
They don't need to be tall themselves, just have elevation above sea level. Nice capture of a unique lighthouse! Very cool. (I remember when you could go to the Tillamook Cheese Factory and it was just two rooms - one to look through the window at the vats, and one to buy the four different kinds of cheese they made.)
Fantastic capture!!
An interesting shot, Sig...
I did wonder why it was so small. Never seen a cute lighthouse before.
