Description
This time of the year has me pondering these celestial bodies due to the occurrence of a very bright star/comet(?) that was originally the sign of the long awaited birth of a very special Christmas baby.
Speaking of birthdays, we have another Sagittarian in our midst. Tony (delaorden_ojeda) will be celebrating his birthday Monday, Dec. 17. Please join me in wishing him a very happy day/night!
Have a wonderful week.
Jodie

Very nice... Those lines and their power can be important to the earthbound. But heavenly light is so much more glorious. Thanks for another fantastic picture.
Stellar... and lunar. :-) A whistful shot and well dedicated.
Terrific silhouetting of the pole and trees in this shot, considering the dim light, Jodie. That looks like the planet Venus on the left. And, speaking of birthdays, mine is roaring up soon also, like on December 30th...Capricorn time.
Nice photo.
Beautiful scene and capture, excellent well done.

Love that touch of purple...So sweet of you to mark the occasion of your friend's birthday like this, Jodie. Happy belated birthday, Tony and may you both enjoy a happy and healthy holiday season with all of those you love. -M :^)
A fine way of leading the eye into the main objects, very cleverly done!
