A gorgeous scabius Chris!! And yes, I do remember a Summer of sorts in UK. I long for light more than anything else. This is a wonderful work that brings brightness in it's wake. So beautiful, thank you for it :-) Hugs. Di. xx

I find these little scabius to be so delightful. They sway with the breeze and seem to hold up to the toughest weather conditions. Fabulous pov and outstanding shot.
So, this is where scabies come from! Terrific POV and gorgeous colors, clarity, textures and lighting effects in this macro of the lovely scabiosa plant, Chris! As for remembering summer, I can barely remember yesterday.

Fantastisch!!!
This is beautiful! The memories of summer were becoming more and more vague as they were stashed away somewhere, and replaced with the darkness of the winter season, and yet this splendid re-awakening image of the summer spirit has ignited summer's essence yet again! Lovely lighting, and what a most delicate soft lilac! Thank you so much for sharing!
