Description
It's one of those David Crosby in the Air Force lines. As I was working this up I remembered what enlisted types saw as how problems go away. No one solves them. No one fixes something. Just finally a man is promoted or appointed who has enough Boo!. That is the end of Who? There is no Boo! Who? So much for ID.

Kick the tires, light the fires and go. What paper work? And just for grins, let's put two (not just one) pilots in the airplane and hey, how about two sticks. Your Phantom is coming along just fine (although I did like the "stick out" insignia...I can think of several high brass who if they had seen something like that would have wanted it for all the planes)
