Description
...was looking for birds, but found this instead.
...side note: I was relieved to hear that my brother and his wife decided to walk the dogs before
going Christmas shopping at the Westroads Mall yesterday, thereby just missing being at the
Omaha Mall when the tragedy occurred yesterday. This image seemed to fit the emotion.
Thanks for looking and thank you very kindly for your recent views and comments!

I am happy for you also that they missed the tragedy.beautiful capture and landscape.when I was in California close to Scotty's castle the coyotes were out on the highway begging for food.I was afraid to stick my hand out to take picture since the coyote may think it was food

I too am so very glad that your family missed incident! My prayers are with those who lost family. Your image is just gorgeous! Such a lonely coyote under that humongus tree!

They say the dog is man's best friend. :) Lovely picture.
A wonderful capture Maria. Is it a dog or coyote. It looks awfully well feed for a coyote. Love that tree in its fall colors, Sig....
