Description
These past few nights, I've been 'shooting the moon. It's been quite a spectacular view right outside my window. Here's one I got, and see the little star just at the bottom right? Forgive me, but one had to really zoom in to see it in this shot, so I enlarged it by 2 pixels. :}
This ones for you, Aled.
Have a beautiful day.

Now whats wrong with that excellent capture Shari and beautiful texture, and you even captured a star as well, Love the frame great work.
Moon looks like a wonderful pearl, and the little star gives much to the fantastic and moody image!
Nice shot erland
Looks great, I have tried the same with 900mm: too short...;-)
Very cool shot, and of course the framing is great too! I love the presence of the single star as well.
One of the beautiest photo of the moon I have seen. My thoughts when looking on this jewel in the sky is that some of us humans actually have walked there. It feels so unreal that our moon is not just magical.
You've got some great details there in the moon! You can say emphasised for the star! lol! Lovely capture Shari!! x
Beautiful shot, my friend. :) Reminds me of driving to work this morning. The sunrise was so beautiful and while I'm not much of a photographer, I would have loved a shot. What I get for not bringing my camera with me wherever I go. Lol.
Wow This is a beautiful moon shot.. And you really have to zoom in to see the star but I did see it:) Please forgive me in not commenting..not been feeling well at all But today I am glad I feel some better to see and fav this image... Hugs Susan~
Wowww, you make a really good picture on our moon and very nice lighting and composition ! Good day my friend :)
Imagine that! Your moon looks just like my moon! What are the odds of that happening? ... oh, yeah, well... LOL! Great shot.
Superb capture with fantastic details!
I really like your rendering of our moon. Now, I must really give this a try sometime to see if I can capture it, also.
Looks just like the one we had here... lol. Nice moon shot!
everybody knows it's really my moon, the big yellow lemon in the sky. just kidding - tiz yours!
Hey do you live next door to me, it's just like my moon, trouble is mine's hiding behind the clouds at the moment. I have a telescope for star gazing, I've had it out of its case twice since I bought it three years ago. It's too large to leave out and difficult to assemble, I think I'm going to have to get my act together some clear night and see if I can take some pictures using the telescope and my camera. This is a great capture Shari and I love the lone star(aint that Texas?)#;0) Excellent work. Bravo!!!!!
not simple to have a good shot of the moon !! BRAVO !!!!
Super excellent capture! Always so appealing the moon.
