during the summer you don't see these rocks, look like the remanents of a pier from decacades ago, that's only a guess, no one that I've asked seems to remember a wharf here.

How interesting! I bet you're right about the pier.
The straight line on the left in the water is not accident or turn of nature so it has to be some sort of structure that is no longer there. These could be footings of some sort but no matter, the pattern they create in the water is very interesting.
