Thanks for all the comments and clicks on my last image, and to you that made me a favorite artist. That really made my day after the long night I had. Can't wait until it's time to go to sleep.
I was playing around with gnarls, but never really like it. Today, I changed some gradients, the sizes, and then merge modes and came up with something totally different. I hope you all enjoy.

I do like it! It's different because it's so subtle in lighting, and more subdued than most, somehow--but it's really nice! There's also some great texture in there, and the overall composition is really good too. Nicely done!
