Description
"As the individual systems start to form around their own central attractor, there's a sense of urgency, like .... hey, let's get this thing done, dammit!... the star at the centre of it all sends out a cry, a calling for loose bits of soon to be life and planets to come together.... and every time I see this happen, and I've always seen it happen, I get a shiver, just watching the whole thing come together again. I mean, we're always tempted to try and manipulate the whole process, but in the end, we just let it happen on it's own."

As the radial flux waves emit from the central point, obscured by the bright star hides the RKO radio tower extending it's media influence across the heavens.
