Description
Just wanted to do a quick impression of the fires consuming Southern California. I've got them to the north and to the south, but not in any immediate danger. Please send your thoughts to the 300,000+ evacuated and those that lost homes, also the incredible firefighters. First numbers are 1250 homes gone, but that's going to soar.

Most excellent render! Hope you stay safe and unsinged.
Great image and tribute to all people affect!
Wow, the render is spot on realistic!! Prayers to the families who have lost homes. (^_^)
Excellent image! Great lighting and fire effects. Hope you all stay safe.
Excellent, and my heart goes out to them as well
A subject that's been very much on my mind today. I don't live there anymore, but many of my friends, former coworkers, and acquaintances still do and a lot of them have been evacuated. Some have already lost their homes and businesses, and the fires are still mostly uncontained.
We had the same here two years ago and I suspect this year we will have the worst fire season, the only thing you can do it run for it, family and family pets should be the main concern. My heart goes to all that are fighting those fires and the people that have lost pets and homes.
Great image and goodly thoughts. Did you see the one I just posted? Kind of like your great mind and my feeble mind thinking alike. Super job!!
Stay safe Dave! My heart goes out to those families who have lost, or are in danger of losing their homes, and to those fighting the fires.
This is great! My wife and I have spoken to her sister in LA nad they are nervous.... my heart goes out to all those suffereing. a beautiful and sombre piece! shane
Very well done! Hope you are safe! Take care and my thoughts are with all affected ..
What a bummer. Concentrate all that wealth and then poof. To burn a shanty on the roadside is one thing, a 18000 sqft mansion is quite another. All the Van Goghs! I wonder what that does to the atmosphere. It's bewildering - add a war or two and any predictions are worthless, notwithstanding all the other disasters. It has to add up. Then toss in the bravery and personal sacrifice and you are talking news an a story. A great equalizer, curiously. It's a wonderful render.
A lovely image - captures the intensity of the fight really well: man versus nature!
Absolutely impressive work frog.....:!!!
Amazing image: My best wishes to all man and beast in the area
I saw on TV Now and you have did the graphic exactely same as the REAL HELL FIRE approching San Diego! Over one million evacueted Now! Take Care Dave (Take vacation to Canada now :)
The fury of nature no doubt innitiated by man. It's good to hear that you are safe my friend but I'm sure the impact will still be felt. The inspiration for this is unfortunate but it's still great art.
Awesome Bryce image Dave! Looks like you painted it!!! :)
Great image!
