Description
A close up of the Huge Rock from my last post "Research Center." You can see someone on the right giving you an idea of the rocks size. Behind, you can see little white dots which are floaters for aquaculture farming. Zoom in for a better view. Aloha and thank you for viewing.

Janiss. I had a larger lens when I took this shot as compared to my last post Research Center. Both shots were on solid ground and in the same area. Thanks for asking... Aloha
That is one big rock! Beautiful blue sky and excellent shot!
I am so happy you took this shot and posted it. I really was so fascinated by this rock in your other post. Seeing it up close does not change that. Your pov shows me that on the windward side, only a bit of vegetation grows and mostly close to the rock and near the top, while on the sheltered side determined little trees cling to the side of the rock. The shape is marvelous and I can't help but wonder now, how this rock came to be like this. :-)
In many ways it reminds me of a ship about to go under. Have a wonderful week and thank you for sharing. egmont
The is one cool rock formation.
This is a big and impressive piece of rock here! Its a beautiful one. I try to imagine how people in the past did considere this natural megalith. It has a real power because it fits near the sea. Fab shot my friend! Right in my favs!

Fantastischer Stein! Super-Aufnahme!
Now that has got to be a petrified version of Moby Dick, bursting out of the water again to torment Captain Ahab. Wonderful clarity, lighting and textures in this shot of the rock, Shark!
Makes me wonder if people climb up it????? Do they?? I'll bet they do! This is so fascinating with all the greens growing on it!!!! Excellent find Errol!!!!! Aloha...

That thing is huge! Amazing that it still stands...in contrast to it's surrounding geology.
What is even more facinating about this amazing rock, are the trees that dispite the odds grow there... Amazing [=
I have never seen a rock like this before, it is great zooming in on it, and getting the feel of the true size with the person beside it. Awesome! thanks for sharing with us.
