Something very different from me today.
We will be celebrating Harvest Festival next week and I was looking through my files and found this image - not in its present form though!
I was in a "mess about and see what happens" kind of mood and this is the result! I am sure it will not be to everyone's taste but, as they say, "you win some, you lose some!".

"...as they say, you win some, you loose some..." Well, I'd say you won a lot and lost very little. This is a fantastic capture and "play about." It is probably what I'd call a happy accident...something you didn't plan, but you had enough faith in it and what you were doing to just...well...play...and most of the world's greatest forms of art are made exactly that way. I love it. The details stand out crisply, and there is a mood to this that I love...a bit contemplative and playful at the same time. Great going.

Well now, I can see someone has been "messing" around with black and white invert on their computer. Like, this is a negative of the shot you took. I do this stuff every so often. Wonderful clarity, textures and contrast in this concept, Sis!

Quite good idea
This effect works incredibly well here Eileen and it does have an IR look to it, but i think it is a negative. Either way this is superb work. Sorry for the belated comments and for not being around at R'osity recently - I have lots of catching up to do!
