Very well done. I especially like the touch of noise in the scanlines
This is what this place needs more of! Very original, very smart use of post processing to give a great effect. I love the scanline view, I might even suggest more holographic overlay . . . a targeting reticle or maybe glow outlines for the targets, or a projected map inset. Very nice!
