Description
Here is another character from my upcoming film 'The Chronicles of Nerm'. This is the next to the last character I'll be making for the film! This character is one of the guards patrolling the city and will also have a few speaking lines in one of the scenes.
You can view my previous Nerm film at http://www.sharecg.com/v/480/animation/The-Adventures-of-Nerm-and-BG
My website is www.cwanimation.com, filled with more work from the film. You can also get most of the base textures I used in the film at www.thegrimypolygon.com
Thanks for viewing!

Exceptional...
Very interesting work! His head reminds me the Mandalorians from Star Wars...
Excellent character!
A lot of work goes into the making of a droid/robot model...Awesome looking! Ryan-
Amazing image and technique. 5+.
The model is EXCELLENT and with an AMAZING level of detail... 5+++++!
I find it Grievous that you can achieve this level of detail, almost makes me cough..;) great stuff...keep it up.
Really looking forward to seeing this animation in its entirety. Excellent work!
Amazing work as usual, Chris. Can't wait for your next film.
Very cool! Love all the details! Thanks for the link to your site too. I'm looking forward to seeing your progress on the new animation.
Outstanding
Wicked model work mate:)
Great model. Very cool.
That's extremely cool... sorta like Fett meets General Greveous (sp?). Well done!
That's a great bot!
Excellent model and texturing!!!!!
it looks really good. i have to agree about the resemblence to the coughing general, but maybe that is intentional ?
Oh, ...Bravo! This is one of your best so far. Outstanding degisn!
In reply to the Greivous comments, the story called for this character to have 4 arms. I think any design of a tough, 4 armed robot is, unfortunately, going to be compared to Greivous. I tried to make every other thing on him different, although removing the extra leg joint may have helped out more in that. Thanks for the comments.
I show your animation to my students as an example of what a few people can to with Max. Great character!
Wow thanks bandolin! All I can say about my new film compared to the old is: You aint seen nothing yet! Should be way beyond!
Looking forward so much to the movie. Always love to see new things from you.
I looked at this and forgot to leave a message, I suppose you could say it left me speechless. I think it goes without saying you do some awesome work, another wonderful charater and great to see them materialise, Looking forward to seeing more in shots and the finished article.
Remarkable animation technique - from secondary motion to eye darts - your characters come alive. Best wishes on your project.
Whoa! That's cool.

Zuper modeling!!!
I love the way he can be posed. Very expressive model, excellent for a bkgrnd char!
