I have not seen one of these in a long, long time. The guy next door had one, and I couldn't figure out how a 6' guy could squeeze into one of these. ;o) Excellent image.

Like A.O. Smith and Johnson & Johnson, this was a Wisconsin company in my lifetime. I was born just a bit West of where Malcolm X was born. Oley Evinrude and Oshkosh trucks drew attention to the state. You can see herre why I used the term "bathtub" Nash. It looks like one of the old bathtubs with legs turned upside down. It's a happy moment to find one in such pristine condition. Then I am hard pressed to answer yes to the question, "Do you like beige and maroon?" Only after seeing some Humbers or Daimlers similarly painted could I ever answer in the affirmative. Those choices did come to America with pc and plc.

You know Ken I'm really glad you posted this.I had know idea what it looked like?.I have two picture books on American cars and its not in either.Have to say its not what I expected,I thought with the great mascot it would be a sports car.The nearest thing we ever made with a body like this was by Austin called ,I think "The Metroploitan".I still see a couple pass the house now and then.And thanks for the Photo ,it put my imagination at rest.Alec
