Description
From Ann's garden.
I love the colors on these morning glory blossoms. Ann was actually disappointed in this shot, because the flower in real life is a deeper purple than it appears here.
From a lighting standpoint, it would have been great to be able to take this picture in the late afternoon, but they're called MORNING glory for a reason!

The backlighting is perfect for this shot! It really brings out the delicate details of the bloom nicely. Beautiful capture. Bunny
Fantastic light and colors. Looks very beautiful. Excellent shot!
Another wonderful shot. Excellent. Aloha
Beautiful presentation.
AAAAH ! This is the most lovely.... oh so beautiful. When I was a little girl, my mom received some seeds fron this flower from my aunt. Every spring she planted some of them on our tiny balcony. She always took seed for the next year. And we called them Auntie Inger flowers, because we got them from my aunt called Inger. LOL. Thanks for making me remember sweet times from my childhood. :)
fantastic composition and colours brava
Veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy Nice macro!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Roby ;O) ;O) ;O) ;O) ;O) ;O) ;O)
You could give the color you want.I know, there are some puritans (not professionals!) who belive, the Photo must be god without using Photoshop. I think this is nonsens, because with a digital camera, you have allready a little Photoshop on the camera,-just not so comfortable and precise like the one on the PC. Use it ,if you like to ! This pic,by the way,is verry nice, the way it is.
Fantastic light and colors
Love the inner glow. Gorgeous!
lol, yeah but they should cooperate more, shouldn't they!! The light's great, really soft and gentle.
Oh wow, just like the speaker horn on grandma's old gramophone, only purtier! Again, fantastic clarity, colors, POV, and lighting effects in this macro, Tara!
WOW!! An amazing image!! Magic!
Fantastique, une merveille!
It's so gorgeous! The light in it simply illuminates.........and the details are exquisite!
Come on Tara what sort of bulb have you got in there? I think it might be 100watts the light thats coming from it.lol Another great shot! Bravo!!!!!
love the lighting here . cool shot
beautiful and sweet warm hug with a smile, Linda
Ahh so thats what they are called. I took a picture of these yesterday though I must say that mine didnt come even close to this one, beautiful image.
Gorgeous ;)
Beautiful shot!!!!!
Cool beautifully done
Very lovely Tara. The light comes from within.. A glourious capture, which lights my night :-) Hugs. Diane.
It's beautiful, but I do not think it cheating to color correct or lightness/contrast correct pictures in Photoshop to get the natural hues. ;o) Adjustment of levels in Photoshop is always the thing I do first before cropping it. If it is needed.
Pure beauty captured here in this delicate flower.
Awesome capture. Great lighting and composition.
This one is great also, now I'll post one of my blue glories tonight.
Morning glories are such a cooperative model. :-) This is gorgeous. This pov works very well. Super!
