Description
It was a rainy day in Glacier NP, but as we were leaving from the east entrance I took a picture looking back to the west. The mountains were almost completely blocking the clouds, and the weather was much nicer on the east side. I have to admit I prefer sunshine to clouds and rain. :-)

Awesome view!
Glacier NP is a fantastic place to shoot. This is a perfect example!
Oh, I don't know. A little rain is nice after LOADS of sunshine. This is a beautiful capture.
awesome view...perfect place to explore
beautiful view! so wide and inviting! You'd not appreciate the sun maybe if you hadn't seen/feel been exposed to the rain G hugs
The absence of direct sunlight actually allows the scene to breath. Also seeing it larger makes a huge difference for there is so much to explore in the foreground. Thank you for sharing, egmont
So beautiful landscape and excellent color and mood ! Good day :)

Beautiful grasslands scene with the mountains and clouds in the background.

Marvelous open prairie shot. The grasses go on right to the foot of the mountains! Glorious!

Gorgeous shot! This really shows the shape of the land, the way everything works together. Wonderful!
The mountains look big and beautiful. You saw more of them than we did when we were there in June. I'm glad to know they really exist.
