Still in the 90's where I am... so for me still summer... and rain fall down this year about 1/3... so the flowers not doing as well, so appreciate seeing this one.
Now what makes you think this is not so pretty? It reminds me of an Apo or XD flame. Very nice work.

soft and pretty but it reminds me of spring rather than summer :)
I see soft autumn colors in copse of trees .. a bit hazey from the last hot days of summer. Looks a bit like this around the Hollow (where we camp) leaves beginning to change, late summer's heat creating that haze ...
It may have been 'not so pretty' once, but it's pretty now~ As for summer...I for one am glad to see it pass!
