Description
Pretty much the same thing you've seen a thousand times before, but it's a cliche I like. The glare in this one was so bad I had to do a little postwork to correct some of it. Hope I did okay. Also adjusted the colors some (copy, paste, switch blending mode to "soft light" and screw around with the brightness/contrast of both layers). Enjoy!
Also, thanks for your comments on "surrealism", even though it wasn't that good.

As I was waiting for this image to load on my painfully slow dial up, I read your description. I imagined it was going to look totally different. I don't think it is cliche the way you handled it at all. Very nice. I really like it on many levels...from the abstract composition to the detail of the spider web.
