Description
I never had played Legacy of Kain games but I saw all cutscenes and read through all plots. And I like it very-very much.
All characters in those games are wonderful and Elder God's voice will be greatly missed if any further games will be released. Kain is a central character of the story and I tried to make a portrait of him.
Very hard to catch his particular expressions but I think I did it in this case. Obviously, Kain doesn't like to be in front of camera too much :P
Because I still don't know how to make the appropriate texture, I decided that this portrait belongs somewhere between Blood Omen 2 and Soul Reaver 1 in timeline, when Kain was going through first stage of change, so his skin is still pale and smooth instead of veined green one.

Mix of standard Michael 3 morphs, Ghost of Macbeth morphs and about-four-hours-in-ZBrush3.1-and-still-going morph, Fionuala scarf for A3 by Frances (refitted and morphed by me), Cyclorama Portrait Paper Backdrops, Studio Light Pro by Dreamlight,
Skin is edited in Photoshop a bit.

you could have done it a bit faster in daz using a displacement map you may way to look into modo modeler its the one they used to creat v4 great render
I am absolutely lost for words. This is absolutely fantastic, especially considering the amount of work that went into it. I agree with the probable age of the character too, and never really thought about him in his in-between stage, but this fits perfectly. Wonderful! :D
