Description
This peony looks to me like it has it's face tilted up toward the sun, soaking up the light, maybe trying to get a tan. Perhaps it even has one of those reflector trays just out of frame. ;)
I caught this in one of my neighbor's yards a couple of months ago. (I don't think they were home!)

It's a darn good thing for neighbors with flowers!!!! I have great neighbors on both sides who let me browse around for photos!! Excellent peony shot!!!!
Full size reveals a real quality of this gorgeous flower shot. So nice colors, a candy for my eyes.
It must be spring in your part of the world, thats a great macro, but like all things you have to have the ability to recognise that in the first place, great shot!
What a gorgeous peony, and such a fabulous shot! Perfect!
This is very pretty it reminds me of coral reef like you you would find in the bottom of a fish tank. very nice

A must-see at full size to truly appreciate all the details and textures in this gorgeous peony. A beautiful capture with perfect light and composition. And yes, I agree about the way it appears to be looking up for the light - obviously it wanted the right lighting before posing for your shot LOL! Excellent capture Tara. xx

awesome Tara Sweet day to you warm hug, Linda
A fine POV employed, and exquisite detail and lighting in this display of lovely pink petals and textures, Tara. The petals are a far cry from the usual smooth variety...these are loaded with character. And, be wary of hidden dangers lurking in the yards of neighbors.
