Excellent scene you have here... Interesting concept.
Extremely high end lighting for Poser, very well presented here with the regular render for a nice comparison! The only way I have to make images like this is with PovRay radiosity and photon mapping turned on, but the renders can take all night. Excllent showcase of Poser 7 advanced lighting!
