Description
Here is something different. This started out as a photo of a pink hibiscus flower. It was over-exposed and I was trying to 'fix' it. (and I don't know what I am doing... lol).
I started playing with the effects and stuff. I figured I could undo whatever I didn't like or just start over. I found a few new functions in The Gimp program. I played with this several days over the past few weeks, and this is what I came up with. I thought it was cool.
I wasn't sure where to enter it. I chose the gallery as photography, and genre photo manipulation. Does it belong somewhere else?
Let me know what you think.
(try the full-view)
Have a Great Week!

You already know that I like this! Especially with the canvas effect. It's amazing what results you get when you play. Ermmmm, as for genre, I'm hopeless at that myself! Lol... xoxox
Full view is cool. Like the canvas effect and love those little symbols below. The second one is me. Total Aquarius!
Certainly an original composition. :-)
...interesting picture..... Roby ;O)
Amazing to see that - in the beginning of my gallery - I used the same flower for a similar effect... lol !
Nice work...
First off I think this looks great, second, its a manipulated photo so its in the right place. Great image!
well, the end result is a very pleasing and cheerful image of beauty
its like pin wheel art you take a table spin it and pour the inks on it fun and always a colorful surprise
