Very nice work here. I really like the level of detail on the face. The only things that bother me a little are the jaggies on the colar bones and the right jawline areas. Granted, if he is ment to show a real-time model that has been normal mapped, then disregard the last sentence. Othewise, he might like a little mor "texturing" on his shoulder / neck / chect area to tie the whole thing together.
