Description
This is a wild flower that appeared in our woods. You have these moments that just say Ahhhh Haaa!
This is one of those. There were some last year and this year, there were more. It is a meadow that we don't touch because of these beauties!

What an exquisite creation of Nature. It's no wonder you leave that area alone and wait for this beauty. Beautiful capture.
I can't tell you how many times I've tried to grow lobelia cardinalis! The slugs here apparently think it's the most wonderful delicacy in the world. No matter how well I protect the plants, the slugs find them and eat them to a nub long before they bloom. I gave up years ago. How fortunate you are to have them growing wild! This is a gorgeous shot. Love the color and the DOF. Beautiful!
A lovely capture!
Beautiful capture!!!!!!!!!!!!.
I am not familiar with this flower, but what an exquisite capture this is! Each bloom is so very delicate, and yet they are extremely dramatic against the soft green background. Stunning!
Gorgeous flower and equally gorgeous photo
