I'm usually pretty good at naming these things, but I was totally at a loss with this one...any suggestions?

Gorgeous spiral with lovely colors. LOL i think the name you picked is perfect. It is descriptive and cute at the same time. I guess if You wanted to be clinical you could say "UF spiral,aqua marine accents and white dots" but that just would not be near as nice as what you chose. Great image and thank you for sharing it.
This is beautiful, and the thumbnail doesn't do it justice! Wonderful shade of blue, and the whole is just so delicate and lovely; it looks as if it were all pulled right out of the sea, including the middle section, which reminds me of either coral, or a huge clumping of celtic sea salts. The title you gave it is really cute, and got my attention, since I also tend to use the word "thingy"! LOL! But other than that, you could call it something like "Gifts From the Sea", or "OceanPearl". Anyway, whatever you call it, it's lovely!

I thought ocean too, when I saw this one! The beautiful blueish colored waves, the pearls and the abalone shells .. Pearly Thingy is just the right title, LOL!!
