hi there everyone...:). sharing my recent painting, "Serenity - By the river". rather an experimental work for me as i was after a traditional feel, having a pastel look.
as for the subject, my goal was to capture beautiful moments, nature's colors and the charm of freedom. i did consult few refs of landscapes and birds, before painting this, sketched a few that i later inco-operated with the entire work. painted using tablet, in artrage.

Waheed, I'm always amazed at the amount of detail you include in your more realistic paintings. This one is no exception. You are a master at the most realistic reflections in water. I realy like the pastel wash.Great compo,light;but I have a strange feeling about the colours:turquoise, purple and olive green...
