Don't know how an 'awwww' picture will go over with my friends here. Maybe you expect Trolls from me? Just my lighter side showing :)
Wasn't too sure about the size of the foal but this is how he comes into D/S. If he stands up he'll be pretty tall but he isn't a newborn so maybe he's ok?

Can't remember if I used Lyne's Creations black texture or Daz's. Drew Costigan's and Twisted Bolt's grasses and also some Bryce presets.
I'm behind in commenting but will catch up soon. Very sorry about that...I'm spending a lot of time in my garden this time of year...fighting some nasty squash beetles and such.

A most beautiful scene and I am a horse person, so you have my heart with this one! Lovely work and detailed work as usual :o)
Awwwww! This is so sweet, and who cares about the proportions? The little colt is a beauty, already strong and healty, and Mama is awesome!
Certainly these aren't the characters I was expecting from you... although you hit the mark with clothes. 8-) Nice mood. Fantastic atmosphere. Great horses and poses. To me, it looks more like an 'Awwww, come on!!' picture. 8-)
Very beautiful..love the horses!!
So sweet and magnificent
As an artist you have many wonderful sides and the softer one is most appealing.:o) Such a tender scene. CC

I agree with Annie STUNNING! Love your foliage work... MU
Very nice. I see you have opted to do a work in Bryce. Have you been enjoying working in Vue? I'm longing to produce another model/image. That would spread me pretty thin but I do miss building spacecraft. I've never even considered trying to do animals in Bryce. Most of the time I see them looking like plastic toys but you somehow manage to get the texturing quite convincing. I have removed all images from my gallery. When I do make time to produce digital art again, I want to start fresh.
Very Charming. "My friend Flicka" style image.
Different is good, Nancy - and this is very good different. Nice work on the grasses and scrub....I haven't done anything like that in Bryce yet.
How cute. Very good work !
