This is really outstanding. The Talus Maximus texture is new to me - looks fantastic. The blemishes really make this a stand out. Your application of UCFS seems perfect to me. I can't suggest anything to change. I really like how the pores worked seemlessly into the texture image. Such a shame so few will see it. You need to add some boobs.
