Description
Metlako Falls is the final major waterfall along Eagle Creek. The falls drop about 100 feet out of narrow, calm pool, and thunder into an impressive gorge. The falls were named in 1915 for Metlako, the Indian goddess of Salmon, likely because of the fact that this waterfall marks the upstream limit to fish that spawn in Eagle Creek.

Great shot Dennis!!
Beautiful shot!
You are the King of Waterfalls and I appreciate seeing all of them. Excellent shot. Aloha
Superb view! PaxSV
Beautiful...
A superb shot, Dennis. I love the softness of the water and the way the light falls on the top of it. The fall look cradled by the lush green trees. A splendid POV you choose. Outstanding photography from you. Hugs. Diane.
WOW! I really like this photo. I like the POV.
Stunning! The rock formation is fascinating, and I love the way the light hits the water. I imagine 100 feet is a bit of a leap, even for a large salmon!
Like sugar pouring from a cup...gorgeous!
