Description
This is my 800th Upload so had to poke a bit of fun at myself here.. But I know this is Ilona's Favourite Bird and so despite not getting all of his massive beak in the frame she loves the colours of the bird close up! And for all her support with my website as my webmaster, I wanted to thank her for that, and kjpweb006 for providing me with a great server and personal service!! Thanks Klaus as far as I am concerned yer the best..

A marvelous capture. I am mesmerized at the details of this wonderous bird. Seems to me that by the time one has uploaded 800 images with such consistant artristry, one knows when and where to crop, despite what the bird thinks, lol. I definitely think this is a perfect example of that. Your images inspire, your techniques impress, your participation enriches everyone at RR. It will be with admiration that I add this to my favs. Thanks for sharing. Lee
Very nice and clear. Aloha
Outstanding photo. Congrats on your 800th upload. What a joy for me each time I see your photos as the years have gone by.
Gratulations on 800 mate. Your an inspiration.
Congrats to the 800 Danny! I am glad you did not made him fit the frame, gives the opportunity to view the gorgeous texture details even better!

Yeah Danny!! I had to laugh at the title before I even saw the image, quite hilarious! Then as usual your image just blows me away..such a clean capture, I must say I'm impressed with this shot. But then you work is always clean, and your descriptions make it a learning experience each time I look. Congrats Dan, you are a great asset to this site and I for one am glad to call your friend...Keep up your wonderful images, and here's to another 800! Aloha~
You need help from the pelican. ( His beak can hold more than his belly can) I am thinking that with seagulls on the wane and locusts taking over that egrets might replace passenger pigeons on the firing line.
Happy 800th Dan ! But I'm afraid I could never have enought time te see all of them ! ;-)))
Happy 800th! A super photo here, even if you can not get it all in frame. A little tip pull back! :)
