Description
"Tolerably early in life I discovered that one of the unpardonable sins, in the eyes of most people, is for a man to presume to go about unlabelled. The world regards such a person as the police do an unmuzzled dog, not under proper control." ~ Thomas Henry Huxley, biologist and writer (1825-1895)
More infrared photography, this time from Endor's forest moon. This time the red and blue channels were color swapped to give the sky back its blue color. I could have edited out the bits of tree at the top left, but liked the hint of them there as a subtle natural framing. ------
Thank you for your craggy comments on my last upload,
Truffula Trees on Tatooine
I assure you that it IS a photo, and not a collage. ;']

Looks like a watchtower from some other world...all it needs a guard with a bow and arrows. Great stuff.
What stark contrasts in this IR composition, Kort! A rugged black edifice of a sort intermixed with the delicate white branches of the truffula trees, all projected against a bright sky to enhance the effect. Remarkable!
What an amazing tower and it looks super how you have taken this shot.
Excellent POV.
Had to pick myself off the floor. This is ike something out of a dream. You've outdone yourself, man.
