Description

When I first saw this waterfall I was very disappointed. It's a beautiful place, but I hated to see it half in shade and half in very bright sun. This was the best shot I got; I'm only sharing it because everything except the waterfall itself is pretty good. I've since found that CS3 has a tool to create HDR images, so I'll be learning how to use that, and next time I encounter this situation I hope I'll be ready. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

What a gorgeous place! I know you had told me about the light in this one, but I honestly didn't notice it right away. The pool is so pretty, with those rich colors - and you can see the bottom! I was totally distracted by the beauty of the shot and the wonderful POV. You found the perfect vantage point. (Wouldn't sharky be surprised to dive into that water? I bet it's freezing cold!)

Nothing wrong with shade and bright light IMO, but I'm not a photographer. Looks perfect to me. A beautiful place.

I love the way this waterfall progresses down in splash pools and stairs! What a dynamic shot. The light/shade aspect is very dramatic, and it contrasts wonderfully with the serenity of the cool green setting. Great one!
