Past the first bend in the river is another bend I can't see.And the bend that keeps hiding,is the bend that keeps calling to me

Actually it is the Leeds - Liverpool canal but that doesn't quite have the same ring to it as the Marty Robbins lyrics.Never the less a peaceful haven for wildlife and wild flowers and a most enjoyable way to spend several hours walking along the tow paths.This section is just below West Marton as the canal winds its way thru Lancashire into Yorkshire
