Great swamp shot Jocko ! I guess they are also getting away from the Gator's ? Do Gator's eat Turtles ? or are they too crunchie ? ~Cheers~ :o)

I think gators can eat anything. lol! Great shot, Jock!
So beautiful picture ! Good day :)
Splendid picture of four turtles on her branchs !
I hope they've put on their Factor 30!! Great shot. Bravo!
Beautiful! Warming on the branch.
Great and interesting capture!
Nice one, Jocko. They look very happy there! This reminds me, the other day I saw a huge turtle in the right lane of the highway. It was trying to cross. I couldn't believe my eyes. That was one cocky turtle, thinking it could make it across three lanes when much faster animals never make it! -M :^) PS Someone stopped their car and moved it.
murky but natural water. the turtles look healthy!!! nice catch! looks like lots of mosquitoes there? do many people get malaria?
Jock , I see five turtles but maybe I'm wrong .... They look like Florida turtles, they infest all our rivers and ponds in Europe ....Superbe capture !
wonderful shot. very relaxing...as the turtles seem to feel.
Precisely four has counted). Wonderfully!

so you had turtle soup? I remember eating some while working at Nicholl's state. The turtles usually are gone before I can get within a decent range.you must have sneaked up on them.excellent work
you can make mock turtle soup by mising equal parts of chicken, pork, and beef. it will taste just like turtle
that so beatiful and i love it!!!!!:)
Yep, Thats what it is. 4 turtles
I thought of you today Jock. We were out doing the payday grocery shopping. When I was at the HEB, I passed by the seafood counter. They had a huge tub full of live crawfish...poor guys. lol q-: Thank goodness I don't like crawfish, because I wouldn't want to cook them alive....YUCK! This is adorable! I love turtles! I don't eat turtle either! heh heh heh! Excellent pic my friend! (:
Only for turtles, not drinking...

Excellent wildlife photo Jock!! :)
Great Image Jock!!
Lovely compo:)
Fine POV, lighting and detail of what looks exactly like the lake area, complete with turtles like yours, in the El Dorado Nature Center in Long Beach, California. I have several photos virtually like this, Jocko. I guess I'll have to post them eventually for a comparison.
