I like the background and the water - wonderful colors. The light is very dramatic too. Her hair is unnaturally stiff. The character and pose are not too my taste, but I'm sure many would like her.
Love the profile view. Beautiful work.
Her feet are partially seen through the water, which would not be the case in that lighting. If you would see part of the legs, it would be in a clearly different angle, due to the optical density of the water. The braid looks wrong, much too stiff. The clothes and attachments on her skin look a bit flat, an AO node on the skin may have helped here. For my taste the light in her face is clearly too bright, but it works good with the bright moon behind her.
