Description
The thumb of necessity only shows one bird in this tall posting. Today, things went better on focus and birds. Certainly many opportunites came and passed with these birds who stay little time in one position.
The Redwinged Blackbird is a ready breeder, with one male possibly having more than one female nesting with his offspring. In this tiny wetland, many males were present and a dominant one was not recognized.
Today, I sat on the edge of my seat in the truck cab, still inside not to frighten the birds but with better camera control. When walking or standing,..the birds leave or hide in the rush. This location worked. Focus is better on these than the last post.
For those who speak French, the bird is called:
Carouge
