The way she did
All I ever wanted
Was to love her
I think I cared too much
And she cared to little
Things would have probably been better
If we were both somewhere in the middle
My friends say
I deserve it
Because I put up with it
But they are wrong
Nobody deserves
To be treated that way
But she is gone now
And I am all alone
Trying to mend
This broken soul
