The "Shark" fighters patrol the deserted city of Necropolis....Maybe its not so quite deserted?
Meshes are metaballs. Cities are terrains....mmm postwork in Photoshop..

Very cool image! I especially like the use of Metaballs and the blur effect is very well done. The tilted camera and the sky really set it off. Nice effort!
