Description
I still have this pic from the last blosson season of almond trees. You can see the flower and tree is some burned because the sunlight, but i wanted to show for the 2 colours of flowers you can see in the tree.
We say here "injerto" (graft) portion of a plant inserted into the stem of another. And this a example of that.
Hugs and Godo week to everyone around the World.

Hermoso! I have never seen a two coloured grafted tree. The apricot blossom is starting to open here.
its lovely with the mix of colour, love the sky too!
Wow! Never knew almond tress could be graafted - reminds me of some dogwood tress I have seen. Neat!
Excellent capture of this almond tree with different colors of blossoms. Fantastic light and sky colors. A most beautiful shot!!
Great contrast between the deep blue sky and the earth.
Ohhh such blue sky... lucky!!;-) ... a gorgeous capture my friend! Bonne journ Luis!
terrific sky and very interesting colours in this tree! superb capture...
Now that is and interesting colourful result of agriculture. I remember i was in valencia and they showed us the orange trees which were commonly put in the trunk of an oak or something similar to fight against some disease. The shot has an illusion of being tilted i think, but doesnt detract too much from things.
Stunning display of colours & textures, excellent capture & composition Stuart
Cool! Bravo to a good shot!
