OMG! This is really beautiful shot Richard.. and its funny tho, when i looked at it first time, it was ok, but when i tried again my eyes did hurt a lot specially when i looked at the field :)) Thank you my friend and have a nice day JOE
It looks like a beautiful purple carpet. Kind of reminds me of the fields of Lupin we have here in the Sierras. Awesome pic, and a joy to view! 8-)
A beautiful shot, dear Richard.. Must be such a deep joy to see this in "real". Thank you for showing this to us all. Hugs. Diane.
Wow! I have seen this with poppies when I lived in California, but the blue bonnets are wonderfully dense and I bet they smell heavenly!

so lovely and i bet they smelled good too
A super field of blue. I haven't seen these before, they look as if they would make a great show.
Such a wonderous blue carpet! One of the prettiest I've seen as blue flowers are not that common a sight. Thank you for showing us the closeup as well as the amazing field of blue. Wonderful pictures my friend!! :-)
Gorgeous shot! I thought the flower was "The Yellow Rose of Texas", LOL!
Having experienced the worst drought around here in 130 years it's kinda difficult to remember what rain is like. Have to see it on television to prove it actually exists. Anyway, nice capture.
Awesome shot(s)! Takes me home!
Very Nice Capture!
