took this in the same market as the last bunch. I did not simply use greyscale to create the bw but the new functions in PSP 11.I used my Fuji s7000.

Lots of beautiful magenta and purple hues and tones in the top shot, good POV! I like the sharp contrasts in the black and white version.
No problem lookin' at lovely flowers, Richard. I like 'em! Good vibes out to your sis-in-law!
Beautiful lily. I too prefer the color shot to show off the lily's details. I'll keep a special place in my thoughts for your sister-in-law. It's so hard when there is nothing you can do for them. Take care of yourself too. Bunny
Im Really Sorry To Hear About Your Sister-In-Law.I Hope Her Well And For Yourself And All Your Family. As For Your Capture I Love It!!
Beautiful!! Sorry to hear about your sister-in-law. Lost my sister-in-law a few years ago. That is so tough to go through. Hope to see more of your posts.
Wonderful work !!!!!!!!!
Hi Richard..I like the both pictures! Sorry about your sister in law :)
best wishes richard thanks for the floral, each day needs something bright and beautiful, life is precious
Greyscale used to make my first HP printer crash. It seems that there is not enough information in 8 bit color to create it. (this was in 1995) If B & W makes this historic what make it futuristic? 32 bit color has already been done. New Age settings are definitely garish.
Richard I am so sorry to hear about your Sister in law, my Prayers are coming her way too and I hope she can fight this and get through this terrible ordeal. To think that all the money wasted on wars could have found a cure for this terrible disease many years ago is just shocking! My Dear Wife did her best when she had it and fought it furiously and she did suceed to a certain degree and gained many years, but sadly................ Your flowers are beautiful and I like the comparisons you posted, excellent work and they give pleasure to so many. Thank You.
What a lovely bunch of flowers. They are beautiful.
Gorgeous! Hope your sister-in-law gets better!
Hi there Richard first -sorry to hear that news my sister who passed 5 years ago ended up with liver problems due to all the meds: and I hope she does better ! show here your flower photos as they make me feel/great well: good luck to you and family: hang tough:hugs evie))
beauty flowers nd not again - it's always fresh and sweet view especially with those news ;(( I am glad that she is better today - eh I know it all and I am so sad for her but she's not alone and that's helpful thought even if her beloved are in sorrow and afraids ;/ be strong for her , please
What a shame your sister-n-law isn't doing so well after the great start. I hope they get on top of the trouble with the liver soon. Some of the drugs they give you are so powerful. These are lovely captures but I love pink tonings more than B&W.
So wonderful compositions,Richard!
Beautiful!
