Description

Newbie_Renderer said he didn't like the pink paint. So I thought about what this Corvette really needed to make the platform at Barrett_Jackson in Arizona. First, the milder tune of Fuel Injection 283. that I saw on TV. Next, a 1958 Impala Turboglide with the turbines like a Dynaflow. Then 1958 air suspension so it would glide like a Greyhound. The usual power steering and power brakes. Airconditioning... satellite radio... then I chose some fractals. The first pair looks pretty good. So I checked the scallop area to see how it spanned across onto the door in the next view. That worked well but the hood looked awful with a big disc. So go with the disc and add some stripes in the third one. Very, turboglide!! No? OK, how about a random pattern kind of sandy? The paint did not destroy the lines. But it still left it kind of roundy. Not real masculine. Even black outside exhausts and road racing tires would only remind us of Duntov at Daytona sands and Hey! Pike's Peak was first climbed mechanically by two sisters on motorcycles. Soft can be good. Poke your finger into that M & H Racemaster!

Dear Dale, This reminds me somewhat of the "Art Car Parade" they have here in Houston, (And probably elsewhere, too!!!) Some of them area really fun - and some are pretty weird, too!!! I kind of like the "Creamcicle" sort of look of the first and second one!! That's pretty neat!!! Nice job posing the gal and that's a neat outfit, too!!! The spackled stucco curves of the background are neat, too!!!! Love ya!!! Meredith Meredith Elaine Wilson - MeredithLand

haha.... I'm never going to say "I don't like your paint jobs" ever again! did I mention anything about the rims? LOL. The bottom one is really funky, somehow reminds me of growing up in England in the sixties. Somebody came up with the scheme of painting vehicles in a grass type texture, it was really odd, but cool at the same time.

I remember the 'grass-textured' paint jobs. Naturally I prefer the pink, though the rainbow streaks is more than acceptable. V Cool. Mike
