Description
I went to a computer store to buy a larger power supply and this little guy was on the handrail when I came out. I went to grab my camera to take pictures of it.sad to say it was not long for the world. I wanted to try and take him but I knew it had been injured and did not want to cause it more stress
thanks for viewing and comment

Very cute little bird!!! Beautiful colors, details and view!!! Excellent capture!!!
I'm just not sure I can stop laughing at the second shot. Reminds me of those Webble-Wobbles I had as a kid. Oh my gosh and I bet it thinks its so tough looking and handsome... LOL! Wonderful photos, both. This is not to say I don't feel bad about its condition. I do, but as a photo goes, and without background info, I see a beautiful bird who looks pretty goofy in the second shot.
Your photos are super. The cedar waxwing spends plenty of time here in new england during the time any kind of berries ripen. They love strawberries and elderberries, they fill our choke cherry trees too. Excellent work.
OH, Richard a very lovely captures. Great photos. :)
Absolutely remarkable photos of this little bird!

Oh..gosh..my heart goes out to the little fella....thank you for the image [=
He is so beautiful, dear Richard. You did right to leave him, I know you know that. To even touch him could have caused terrible pain. Nature is harsh, this we know... Hugs for you, Richard. Diane.
Stellar captures of the little guy. I've never seen one in person, but it's probably listed in one of my avain reference books.
Excellent captures. Poor little guy. He should have gone to California to winter. Loving Corpus Christi right now. :o) Bunny
Cutest capture, Bravo!
Wonderful capture - he still looks quite alert! Well done sir!
Poor little thing but nice that he has a memorial now to his short life with these shots.
a very good shot. vets around here do not treat birds. sorry to hear this of the lovely bird
Sad story, but a beautiful bird. Nice work!!
Great shot! He looks upset. Poor guy!!
Dear Richard, Things are getting even crazier!! Ive had a LOT of white knuckles today. In a two hour session on the flight simulator you will see more emergency situations that youre likely to in a whole career of real flying!! Of course, the stakes are a little different. In the real thing you can break your neck - on the simulator only your ego gets broken!!!! While Im on vacation and doing pilot training, Im going to be doing a lot of cut and pasting with just a tiny little real comment added!! Im really sorry, but I just dont have any time right now to write my usual wacky stuff! You wouldnt not believe how many manuals Ive got to wade through!!! If you havent see it already, check out Meredith_0256 to get the full story of why Im missing in action. Despite THE Boss Help! e-mail yesterday, he and the digitals seem to be getting along fine! In fact, I had an e-mail from Digital today with good news! She got a nice little raise from THE Boss!!! And I got an E-mail from him too with good news!! Hes no longer locked inside the mens restroom!!! ;-) It makes me proud how well Ive taught that girl!!! ;-) Ill be back on March 3rd!! Such a cute little bird!! I hope he gets better despite the odds!! I too think it's a cedar wax wing!!! Great shot!!!! Love ya!!! Meredith
Beautiful birds, Cedar Waxwings, and you have a beautiful capture here, sad that the poor thing was on it's way out. But .. it's flying in a better world now.
Ahhhh he's a beautiful little bird. I love the little speckles on him and the orange. What a fantastic shot though I'm sad that he was injured and passed. HUGS Maria
Beautiful bird, with his caracteristic highlighted well!
