Description

*edit: I've since done some postwork on this image, you can see it here. The title pretty much says it all. I haven't done a T'Pol pic in forever and a day so I thought i'd try to do one with her in the decontamination chamber, which is something i've wanted to do since I began my "Project T'Pol" about a year ago. It took me this long to get a decent V3 Jolene/T'pol, but now I had another problem, where was I gonna get a decon chamber?! ...So I built one out of freestuff. It's nothing elaborate but i'm pleased with how it came out. Here I used the screen from the RDNA oriental room, the roof off of one of Dtemachine's Voyager era cargo bay shelves, the grouping tool, some creative work in the materials room and the better part of a sunday (not too long considering it took me a year to put Jolene together). As the title suggests there's no postwork here. In the future I may do some postwork and post it again in the sci-fi gallery. That is, I may add some sweat stains and some text on "ponn farr" to tie it to the episode that inspired this pic. See my gallery for more Jolene/T'Pol pics. See wikipedia if you have no idea who "T'Pol" is. [Comments are always welcome]

This reminds me of the episode when she and Tripp had to go through that decontamination together. That was great! :D As is this.

Very cool T'pol; now IDK if its just me or does she seem to float a bit above the floor? Could just be an effect of the angle... Nice POV :)

Dear Pete, I was one of those heading over to Wikipedia to figure out who the dickens T'Pol is!! I'm such a dweeb at at some things (OK - a LOT of things!!!!) Anyway - from the pictures I saw there, I think you've done a great job on creating her!! Looks really good!!! I'm not sure exactly what she is doing in the decontamination chamber - or why - or what is she is being decontaminated from - (and I won't speculate!!!) - but the chamber looks terrific, too. I've also found that you can build a lot of things with a little cut and splice. The grouping tool does come in handy!!!! Super sci-fi work!!!! Love ya!!!
